In order for our staff to spend time efficiently cleaning we ask if children’s toys could be ti?died or put away prior to our arrival.

· Spot clean fronts of cabinets

· Vacuum, sweep and mop floors

· Check baseboards and vents

· Empty Trash

· Clean exterior of washer and dryer

· Clean and sanitize tub and shower

· Clean and sanitize inside, outside and the back of the toilet

· Clean lights and exterior of cabinets

· Clean mirrors, vanities and sinks

· Clean and sanitize floors

· Fold towels

When you start a regular cleaning service with Phenomenal Touch Cleaning LLC  your first clean will usually take longer and cost more than regular maintenance cleans. This is because on the initial clean we do tasks that will only need to be done on an occasional basis such as baseboards, doors and door jams. With a regular cleaning  service these will be done as and when they need doing again and makes sure we maintain the home rather than deep clean each time.
